Email orders@ketoflowofficial.com or call +1 (619) 438-7120 with your order number and a brief note that you would like a refund. We will reply with return instructions and a returns address. You do not need to explain yourself in detail.
We refund the product purchase price on all jars in your order. Original shipping charges, where they applied, and return postage are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Once your return is in transit, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
