Why we exist

Our founder, Mara Whitfield, did not set out to start a supplement company. She set out to fix her own kitchen cabinet, which by 2022 had become a graveyard of half-used keto capsule bottles. The ketones worked when she remembered them, but remembering three or four pills a day, every day, was the part that always fell apart. So she started blending a green drink instead, something she would actually want first thing in the morning. The BHB and MCT went in for fuel, matcha and green coffee for a clean lift, and lemon, sea moss, and apple cider vinegar to make it pleasant and easy on the stomach. The first jars went to friends. The reorders are what turned a kitchen experiment into Granthurst Wellness.
